OUR STORY

The Grove directors spent many years dreaming about what education could look like when done together with other families. For years we had plans that never came to fruition and we would just let our kids hike, play and build relationships with one another. A few years ago, we decided to give it our best effort to study nature together. Within just a few short weeks, there were eleven families that decided to jump in with us. That’s how The Grove was born! We spent the year in the woods of Conestee Nature Preserve together--absolutely marveling that there are hundreds of different kinds of mosses and learning the value of bees and mushrooms. It was stunning to watch the power of being in creation stir both mama and kids' hearts back towards our Creator. The next year, The Grove officially took in more families and moved our meeting space to Sanctuary Church. In this space, we've been able to cultivate beautiful learning opportunities for both students and mamas.
